“Nel has completed two pet-sitting services for me now and I will definitely be using her services again! 

At our initial meet and greet, the first thing she did was get on the floor with my dogs. That was a sign to me that she was going to be great! I have two dogs and two cats and both times I was gone, she not only took care of them but also stayed at my house and took care of everything else for me.
One of my cats had dental surgery shortly before my second trip and was on a soft food only diet which presented some challenges. Nel jumped right in and confidently took it on. I felt so comfortable leaving her in charge of all my pets.

She is professional and respectful with her communications, sends pictures and updates regularly and is always on time which I appreciate.
